The reunion committee meetings have been very successful! We have pin-pointed when/where we are going to have the events at.
Remember, mark your calendars for Friday, August 3rd & Saturday, August 4th, 2007 !!!!
The 2 day event is going to consist of the Friday night, Getting reacquainted happy hour @ a local bar/hotel banquet area. (The place has yet to be determined) This event will probably be from 7 to whenever...
Then on Saturday we are going to have a BBQ on the grounds of Surrattsville High. (Why not take it back to where it ALL began?) The BBQ will last about 3 or 4 hours. We'll have catered food, face painting, and other fun things for everyone to enjoy.
As for Saturday evening, we will be having a semi-formal cocktail party at the Colony South. More details to come.
Please know that the committee is in the process of tallying up cost for all 3 events, so we should be sending out the MAIN INVITATION (to those of you we have been able to track down) within the coming weeks. We are trying to keep cost minimal, so any additional help that can be offered please let me know.
